![]() I've deleted all their products and I am in the process of trying to get refunds. This company is a farce, even though you set your account details to unsubscribe, they still bill your account, and for some reason, I'm getting renewal bills taken off my card for stuff that I have not ordered, nor will never use.I've downloaded free versions of a couple of items and on updates, they are adding new apps that I don't want.Then suddenly I am being billed for Pro Versions I have not ordered. Their current marketing approach IObit may want to review. Consumers MUST opt in knowingly to any additions to the purchase they are making. In fact here in New Zealand the practice of automatic opting in extra features/conditions or products when supplying services or products is illegal. Having said that I do agree that bundled software should be offered on an 'opt in' basis rather then the 'opt out' option which is the case right now. So often users simply click their way through an install process without reading what the are selecting or agreeing to and afterwards they complain about what was installed or delivered. ![]() To all those 1 star bad reviews I say 'read before you click'. New and better features keep getting added and I could not keep my system free from unwanted invaders and bundleware without it. Iobit Uninstaller a Staple in my toolset for my PCĪs a longtime user of IObit Uninstaller I find it excellent and a staple tool in my setup to keep my PC trouble free and running smoothly.
